Text bubbles are detected and extracted (OCR Tesseract or Google Vision API). Text is translated using Google Translate API, untranslated portions are cleared, and translated text is placed back on the image (PILLOW). Images are saved to the cloud (MongoDB).
A filter is designed for letter detection and receipt box identification. Individual receipts are cropped (OpenCV), and a REST API is provided for HTTP POST requests with image files (Flask).
Data is fetched from a MySQL database with a structured JSON format. Using a Python-designed template, text is automatically generated and added to the banners.
